New court opens in the Hague
The world's first financial tribunal has opened in the Hague.
The new tribunal called Prime Finanse will bring together hundreds of experts from different countries. It will serve as an advisor and mediator during complicated financial disputes and will solve those issues through courts in case of need.
For the first couple of years, the tribunal will be funded by the Government of Holland.
Experts mention that this structure will surpass the national courts with its independence and objectivity, reports Vesti.
"The advantage of the financial tribunal will be that it will include expert financiers and experts of judicial acts. The emergence of such a structure is very important for solving international financial disputes. The tribunal guarantees rapidity and objectivity," lawyer Derk Lemstra mentioned.
