State Duma to pass bill?
The Union of Armenians of Sochi organization has launched a nationwide petition calling on deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation to pass a bill criminalizing denial of the Armenian Genocide.
"Yerkramas" newspaper reports that more than 22 Russian districts have signed the petition already.
According to initial data, 28 NGOs, 5 publishing houses and 13 information resources have joined the petition.
