Selim Mountain Pass is impassable
Most of the highways, roads, and mountain passes are open as of 8:30 a.m., January 23.
The traffic is unidirectional at Dzorades section of Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway, near the border with Georgia, and Selim Mountain Pass is closed due to snowstorm and poor
visibility. Sisian-Goris roadway is covered with glaze ice.
