The powers of member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan Hrair Hovsepyan have been terminated earlier than expected. By the decision of the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate has been given to Badal Gasparyan, who is on the list of voters of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK).
