Killings in Homs continue
The International Red Cross Committee hopes to return to the Baba-Amr settlement in Homs where bombings continue.
As British photographer Paul Conroy told the BBC, Asad's forces prohibit members of a humanitarian organization from entering Baba-Amr because the forces wish to kill all civil and military persons who have gone against the regime.
Conroy says peaceful residents are killed on a daily basis and are suspected of joining the opposition since they are hiding from the bombings.
