Earthquake hits Armenia's Gegharkunik marz
A magnitude-2.5 earthquake hit 20km southwest of Armenia's Gavar city at 07:28 pm, March 25. Initial reports suggested that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The force of the epicenter was measured 3, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
Gavar, a city in Armenia's Gegharkunik marz (province), is situated on a distance of 98 kilometers to the east of the capital Yerevan.
