Will Ministry be found guilty?
The Administrative Court of Armenia is to announce a verdict on "Nemo" Yerevan Dolphinarium on April 10.
The lawsuit which undermines the lawfulness of the dolphinarium versus Nature Protection Ministry was filed by "Bird Lovers Center" and "EcoDar" NGOs. They accuse the Ministry of inactivity, saying the latter failed to carry out an environmental impact assessment of the construction project of the dolphinarium.
"If the Court does not rule in favor of our interests, we will appeal the verdict in a higher court," said Silva Adamyan, the Chairman of "Bird Lovers Center."
