Two die in explosion in Istanbul
Two people were killed and another was injured in a fire following an explosion in Turkey's city of Istanbul on Friday.
The explosion occurred at a café located on the basement floor of a building in Orhan Gazi Street. A fire broke out after the explosion, burning the cars parked near the café, SNN Turk reports.
Two firefighters who tore down a wall and entered the premises with oxygen masks managed to rescue one man with heavy injuries, while two women were found dead.
Officials have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the blast.
