Since 3 March 2012, the RA Special Investigative Service has been investigating the criminal case instigated under the elements of Article 238 (3) (2) of the RA Criminal Code in which Deputy Commander of the RA Police Forces Vanik Manukyan has been charged with confiscating arms and ammunition.

Imprisonment was applied as a precautionary measure against Vanik Manukyan on March 6, 2012.

There are no other persons suspected or charged.

Several eyewitnesses have been interrogated and are still being interrogated during the preliminary investigation.

The preliminary investigation continues, reports the RA Special Investigative Service.
