Took bribe from prisoner for life?
A criminal case has been instigated against Head of the Department of Medical Services at Nubarashen Penitentiary Gor Khachatryan based on the appeal filed by prisoner for life Ararat Muradkhanyan.
According to the prisoner, he had paid Gor Khachatryan 130,000 dollars in installments for release.
