Prosecutor General’s Office disseminates clips
The RA Prosecutor General's Office has prepared public awareness clips, the first of which warns those committing electoral falsifications that they will be punished.
The Prosecutor General's Office reminds that those who commit electoral violations during the May 6 parliamentary elections will be brought to justice. According to RA legislation, administrative and criminal liability is prescribed for electoral violations.
There are 12 types of crimes prescribed by the RA Criminal Code.
The second video clip informs that the RA Prosecutor General's Office has created a task force to raise the level of efficiency of leading court procedures and controlling prosecutor's activities during the discussions on communiqués regarding possible electoral violations and coordinating the activities of corresponding prosecutor's offices during the parliamentary elections for the RA National Assembly to be held on May 6, 2012.
