Free food at Tsitsernakaberd
For the past 24 years now, Silva Yeghiazaryan has always been giving free food at the top of Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide memorial complex in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide perpetrated in the early 20th century.
Silva says she hasn't suffered any personal losses. "I consider it my duty," said Silva.
Silva has been providing free food by herself for the past two decades and says she does it with pleasure.
Passers-by weren't indifferent and took the free food.
Like very year, in the afternoon Silva Yeghiazaryan will go to Yerablur Pantheon and will continue her action in memory of those who died in the Karabakh war of the late 20th century.
