Gohar Hovhannisyan, a resident of Armenia's Gyumri city, lives in a rented domik (temporary construction) with her three minors.

Employees of "Shirak Center" NGO today visited the family but they only found the children in the damp and rundown house situated in one of the central districts of the city.
Gohar's sons Pargev, 6, and David, 3, both inmates of a local orphanage, were trying to lull their one-and-a-half-year-old sister Lilit to sleep.

Gohar had gone to the polling-station to look for her name on the registration list.
