“Lady, take the lid off the stamp”
On May 6, the head of an electoral commission found out that the stamp at his electoral commission didn't leave any trace at all. Confused, the head of the commission immediately called the Central Electoral Commission, which gave him instructions on how to shake the stamp and the ink. However, nothing worked out.
One of the proxies that "registered" the incident simply told the head of the electoral commission: "Dear lady, take the lid off the stamp."
