On May 23 at 11:30, police officers of Kotayk province arrested Andranik Darbinyan (born in 1990) in Verin Ptghni village.

Police say Darbinyan had been under persecution for voluntarily leaving the military unit or site of service on May 21.

Darbinyan is currently under arrest.
