Does Kate Middleton imitate Kim Kardashian?
British media criticized today the clothes of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, in which she appeared in the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Duchess of Cambridge took to the Thames on Sunday in a red Alexander McQueen dress and matching Sylvia Fletcher hat.
Kate, whose wedding gown was designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, actually looked striking in the fitted bright red ensemble.
"For a moment, she could have been confused with the Chelsea Pensioners' guard of honour," writes The Daily Mail.
"While the rest of the royal party sensibly opted for a muted palette, determined not to outshine the woman at the centre of it all, the Duchess of Cambridge opted for a scarlet dress so bold and bright it just screamed: ‘Look at me!," the newspaper continues.
Some even compared the Duchess of Cambridge with Kim Kardashian and Tulisa Contostavlos who also wore Alexander McQueen dresses
