Prisoner wins in Strasbourg
Article 5 of the Human Rights Convention has been breached in Armenia, and Ararat Muradkhanyan, who has been received a life sentencing, was illegally kept in prison from 2004 to 2007.
This is the decision taken by the European Court of Human Rights.
The Armenian government will be obliged to pay Ararat Muradkhanyan 6,000 Euros as compensation.
