Zolyan’s trial interrupted
At 10 a.m. this morning, the general jurisdiction court of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts headed by Judge Ruben Apinyan started the preliminary trial for the lawsuit filed by Rector of the "Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brusov" State Non-Commercial Organization Suren Zolyan.
The lawsuit is against RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan.
Zolyan demands that the court recognize decrees N 160-A of 6 April and 173 of 17 April, the labor contract as invalid and pay the sum for unemployment starting from April 17.
The defendant objected the lawsuit in its entirety.
During the next trial set for July 2, the parties will also present evidence and counter-arguments against the act of inspections at the linguistic university.
