Series of terrorist acts in Iraq
Several terrorist acts took place in Iraq today, killing more than 60 peaceful civilians and injuring another dozen.
One of the terrorist acts was held at the central market of Ed-Divan city located 180 km south from Baghdad. The terrorists blew up the bus parked near the market, killing 20 and injuring 30.
Two explosive devices were set in the suburbs of Kerbel city. The first exploded in a highly populated market, and the terrorists had already turned the second explosive device on when the ambulance arrived.
Ten died and forty were injured, informs ITAR-TASS.
There have been many terrorist and violent acts in Iraq recently. More than 280 people were killed and hundreds of civilians were injured as a result of the terrorist attacks and warlike assaults in June alone.
The main target of the terrorists last month was the Shiites and pilgrims.
