Temporary structure in Halidzor

This is the most common rumor that is going around in Halidzor village related to the construction that has been launched in the area proclaimed as an area of primary interest and is located near the ropeway at the upper part of the village.
Interestingly, some residents of Halidzor village had gotten the impression that a market was under construction there.
Those spreading such rumors probably don't know that Moscow-based benefactor Ruben Vardanyan, who was the one that provided funding for the construction of the ropeway, doesn't have a son planning to get married, and the object to be constructed is not what the villagers called a "wedding hall", but a temporary structure for holding events and ceremonies for the community.
