Charge for balloon case
According to the criminal case being examined by the Department for Specially Important Cases of the Chief Investigative Department of the RA Police in relation to the incident that took place during the massive event organized at Republic Square in Yerevan on 4 May 2012, on July 18 Serob Bozoyan (the person who filled the hot air balloons) was charged with Part 2 (same act that has caused harm to the health of two or more persons due to carelessness) of Article 279 of the RA Criminal Code (releasing or selling products that don't correspond to security requirements), and a signature to not leave the country has been applied as a measure of restraint against him.
The preliminary investigation of the case continues.
