RA Police are impotent

The members of the initiative are certain that Ruben Hayrapetyan has no legitimate explanation to show his innocence and say the RA Police's statement that there is still a need to find out how Vahe Avetyan died is the "peak of obscenity".
"The police are being impotent since they can't reveal the case, or they know about it and aren't arresting the culprits," said Artur Minasyan.
The members of the initiative say this is not the first time that they are seeing such a problem and recall the events of October 27 and March 1.
