Gagik Tsarukyan believes
President of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia Gagik Tsarukyan has sent a message to the 25 Armenian athletes who will be participating in the London Olympic Games to launch on July 27.
"Dear Olympic athletes, coaches and experts. The Olympic Games will be launching in London, and you all will be showing your skills along with numerous participants. I hope you will show unbreakable will, the desire to win and will achieve great results since you all realize the importance of winning.
Dear athletes, Armenians in Armenia and the Diaspora will be closely following up on your competitions. I would like to believe that you won't deceive the Armenians and will keep the honor of the Coat-of-Arms, Anthem and Flag of Armenia high. You must be guided by the majestic goals of the Olympics, by the principles of a fair game and will stand out with your line of conduct and behavior.
During the previous years, you have promised several times that you will represent Armenia properly and will have your worthy place in the Olympics. I call on you to accomplish your mission with dignity and fulfill your promises so that your hard work will be fruitful. Millions of Armenians are filled with hope and faith in your victories. Meet our expectations. I wish you success and victory", reports the press service of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia.
