No state fee
Starting July 25, trade organizations will no longer pay a 17,000 dram state fee for registration.
Citizens appealing to the state register for legal persons at the RA Ministry of Justice for registering organizations will no longer have to pass the expert examination stage for naming their organizations. The registration of the organization, regardless of the name, will last 15-20 minutes, reports the Ministry of Justice.
