Syrian-Armenian provided with lodge
Syrian-Armenian Yeghia Kershkerian, 52, had appealed to the RA State Migration Service with the request for the status of a refugee, but was left homeless for nearly a month since his appeal for a status was part of the proceedings of the RA State Migration Service.
It should be mentioned that in accordance with the RA Law "On Refugees and Shelter", the State Migration Service was supposed to have accommodated the applicant at the temporary center for accommodations, where he would be provided with food, a bed sheet, personal accessories, as well as clothes and shoes in case of need.
Through the mediation of the applicant's attorney, on July 27 the State Migration Service provided applicant Yeghia Kershkerian with a lodge and living conditions prescribed by the law, reports the office of the Ombudsman's Office.
