Nineteen citizens file complaints to Minister
the hotline service (tel: 52-88-72) of the Armenian Ministry of Healthcare received about 107 calls from August 20 to 26. Seventy of them were recorded in working hours (09:00a.m.- 6:00 p.m.), and 37 in the evening hours and weekends.
Nineteen of the calls were complaints which were later reported to the Minister of Healthcare. Otheres referred to snakebites, inpatient care and other health issues.
On the instruction of Minister Derenik Dumanyan, clarification was given on each separate case.
