Attorneys denied entry into Court building
A Yerevan court today adjourned the hearing in the notorious Harsnakar case till Sept. 24.
Before that an incident took place between attorneys and court bailiffs. The bailiffs, who demanded that everyone produce their IDs before stepping the courthouse, allowed several guys to enter the building without obstacles, thereby angering Attorneys Lusine Hakobyan, Tigran Yegoryan and Vahe Grigoryan.
As a result, the attorneys refused to participate in the hearing. Only after the interference of presiding Judge Davit Haroutunyan were they allowed to enter the building without showing documents.
"We want everyone to be equal before law," said Vahe Grigoryan, a legal successor for Vahe Avetyan.
