Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem passes away
The Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, Archbishop Torkom Manoogian passed away Friday at the age of 93 after a prolonged illness.
Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, the Supreme Spiritual Council and representatives of the Armenian Church mourn over the death of His Beatitude and pray that Lord take the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem under his care and blessing.
The requiem for the Patriarch will be served in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on Oct. 14.
