Raffi Hovannisian dreams of having a shack
Disabled Gyumri resident Raffi Hovannisian has appeared in a desperate situation with his wife. In the past year appeared he lost his two legs. And after the so called "reforms" in the area of the social benefits their family was deprived of social benefits either.
The couple spent a year living in a rented shed in awful living conditions, wet from rains and half-destroyed. To add to all, the owner demands that they should free the location immediately.
