A new criminal case has been instituted in RA Special Investigation Service on materials of the criminal case instituted against an official carrying out special state service – the judge of Lori Marz (region) General Jurisdiction Court Khachatur Khachatryan and the accomplished preliminary investigation thereof pursuant to part 3, Article 200 of RA Criminal Code.

On 26 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding posthumously serviceman of the NKR Defense Army’s N division Samvel Hakobyan with the “For Courage” medal for bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state borders.

Due to the operative actions of the Defense Army vanguards the activity of the adversary was suspended and its weapon emplacements were suppressed.
