Alexander Arzumanyan: Meetings help reduce tension along Line of Contact (video)
A1+ Company has interviewed Alexander Arzumanyan, a former Foreign Minister of Armenia, an opposition lawmaker. Breakthrough in the talks over the Karabakh conflict is ruled out at present. What is the use of ongoing meetings? Mr Arzumanyan says meetings help decrease tension on the border and if they are not held on a regular basis, Azerbaijan will decide to resolve the conflict in a military way.
