String instruments of Stradivarius and Galliano to be exhibited
In the framework of the 11th Aram Khachaturian International Competition, a grand exhibition of rare string instruments will be open at Aram Khachaturian House-Museum on June 7, at 14:00. For the first time in Armenia we can observe ancient violins, such as 1711’s Stradivarius or 1780’s Galliano, as well as string instruments made by18th century other world-famous masters. This unique exhibition was brought to life as a result of long lasting negotiations between the famous Swiss Del Gesu Foundation (http://www.delgesu.com/) and "Aram Khachaturian-Competition" Cultural Foundation. The exhibition is open only two days, on June 7 and 8.
