Numerous children visit Armenian Genocide Memorial (video)
Numerous children have been visiting Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan today, with flowers in their hands. We tried to find out where they understood where they were and why. Many of the children said they had come ‘to pay their respects to victims.’ Asked who those people were and when they were killed, many said they were fallen Armenian servicemen. Some of them were aware of the Armenian Genocide and one of the greatest crimes of the 20th century. “When we grow up we shall become soldiers and take revenge on Turks,” they said.
