Armenian soldier Arman Lazgiyan, who was wounded during the April skirmishes in Karabakh, remains in the intensive care unit of the Erebuni medical centre, Arman’s father Mikael Lazgiyan told A1+. “Arman is in a normal mood but certain problems were observed after the previous surgery connected with his throat and esophagus. He will undergo another operation,” said the father. The 19 year-old solder received a severe wound in Talish in Karabakh's Martakert region. The enemy’s bullet hit him in the throat. On April 13, Arman was baptized at the hospital. Mikael Lazgiyan says his son has participated in several operations and successfully repelled with his friend several attempts by Azerbaijani commandoes to carry out sabotage-reconnaissance infiltrations. “He is very brave,” the father added. In reply to our question whether the Defense Ministry enquires about the health condition of his son and other wounded soldiers, Mr Lazgiyan said the Ministry representatives frequently visit the hospital.
