Marukyan responds to Dallakyan: Expiration date has passed (video)
Victor Dallakyan, Armenian President’s representative in parliament, today announced that according to an agreement between Serzh Sargsyan and Edmon Marukyan, the latter was elected as lawmaker instead of Dallakyan, 1in.am reports. Commenting on Dallakyan’s statement, Chairman of the Bright Armenia Party, Edmon Marukyan, said. “I am making great efforts to have a serious face and interpret Dallakyan’s statement in a serious way. I did not follow his press conference today, but I received numerous calls from Vanadzor. People rang me up to say that “Dallakyan has been taken out of the refrigerator meant for political corpses and sent to the political arena.” “Dallakyan is repeating what he has been saying for 4 years, publishing articles under someone else’s names. He has voted for M. Aslanyan in the latest elections. I am glad that he is saying it personally and I can respond to it. A person can make use of state resources for four years, serve the interests of Serzh Sargsyan, provide his family and friends with good jobs and then say that he is quitting the Republican Party and forming a new party," Edmon Marukyan said.
