German Ambassador: EU accepted signal sent by Armenian Government (video)
Negotiations over the Armenian-EU Agreement ‘are successful,’ says German Ambassador to Armenia Matthias Kiesler said on November 22. The diplomat says that the very fact that the sides are going to sign such an agreement is already ‘a sign of success,’ by which the Armenian Government is sending a signal to Europe, the European Union and its member states, saying that it wants ‘to follow the path of reform.’ Matthias Kiesler added that the Armenian Government is likely to sign the agreement in spring.
