Son of Arshak Sadoyan released (video)
After returning from the consultation room, Gagik Poghosyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, has made a decision to release Arshak Sadoyan’s son Areg Sadoyan, as well as another defendant into the case- Rafayel Karagyozyan. They were put on three years’ probation period.
After the events on Khorenatsi street on July 20, Public Council member Arshak Sadoyan’s son Areg Sadoyan is accused of pulling policeman’s riot shield, and Rafayel Karagyozyan is accused of an attempt to snatch the shield of a policeman.
