Yerevan Council’s Head of Yelk (Way out) faction Davit Khajakyan has addressed to Mayor Taron Margaryan to find out why the Yerevan City Hall annually allocates $ 11 million from its budget to the association that does not actually function and whose chairman is Deputy of National Assembly and the member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Araik Hovhannisyan.
