New architectural and business planning projects for Noy ethnographic district

The Development Fund of Armenia has received the architectural and business planning projects of the Noy ethnographic district from 4 leading companies in the world. Electronic versions of 4 projects are available at http://bit.ly/2AacYFw. American "AECOM," British "ARUP," Lebanese "ERGA," and American "SWA" companies, having 30-60 years of successful experience in tourism, have participated in this competition announced by ADO. According to preliminary estimates, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the World Bank Karen Karapetyan announced about the $ 150 million investment project. Thus, the winning company will present its master plan in February, and the construction is scheduled to begin in spring.
