The demonstrators entered the Gyumri City Hall building. They demand Mayor Samvel Balasanyan and his staff to join the strike. Demonstrators urge the Mayor to leave the RPA. If the mayor does not do what the people want, then they will demand his resignation. The demonstrators demand the Mayor to mach with them for 30 minutes. Police and bodyguards are on duty at the entrance to the Mayor's office. At the moment Gyumri streets are blocked and intercommunity roads are closed. Pupils and students are on strike.
