LIVE. Public discussion on electoral violations (video)
The Electoral Legislation Reform Commission under the RA Prime Minister organized a public discussion on the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and Administrative Violations Code. Changes to the draft are aimed at creating an atmosphere of law and order in the electoral precincts. There will be an opportunity of making more effective investigation of election offenses and the possibility of bringing the guilty to responsibility. These goals will be achieved in the shortest possible time and with the minimal cost of public resources.
