Nikol Pashinyan also answered the MPs' questions as NA Deputy Prime Minister. Answering the question of MP Shirak Torosyan on the Artsakh issue, Nikol Pashinyan repeated that no government can solve the issue of Artsakh secretly, the people's opinion plays a crucial role. Pashinyan also reiterated that he is ready to negotiate on behalf of Armenia but he is not authorized to negotiate on behalf of Artsakh.
