ARMENIA-DIASPORA ECONOMIC CONFERENCE
Support A1+!The next day of the Independence Day in Armenia is the best period to collect the Armenians of Diaspora in their homeland. Within Armenia-Diaspora economical conference till September 24 no efforts must be spared to convince all that Armenia is very attractive for investments.
On the whole about 250 people take part in the event and 150 of them are Armenians from Diaspora. The largest delegation of Armenians of Diaspora is from Russia. Then the delegations of USA, Syria, Canada, Qatar businessmen are coming.
At the very first minutes of the conference president Robert Kocharyan tried to do away with the “fragments” of independence romanticism. He considers romanticism the expressions and programs of ex-officials, under which Armenia can be maintained only by molybdenum or jermuk.
Armenians from Diaspora were somehow promised to that they have something to do in Armenia. It was also said that it was decided in the elaborated programs to restrict bureaucracy interference.
In order not to frighten off the Armenians staying by 40 /official version/ and excessive inequality of the population’ incomes in Armenia, Robert Kocharyan informed the businessmen here: ”Legislation of Armenia is already a privilege”.
It was said whereas a few days before small and medium businessmen had informed Parliament Speaker that because of law imperfection more than 230 enterprises had been dissolved in Lori District.
