Today the Center-Nork-Marash communities' Office of Public Prosecutor have brought an accusation against Nikol Pashinyan, the editor-in-chief of "Haykakan Jhamanak"daily. Pashinyan is accused by the second part of the 132nd article of Criminal Code - i.e. he had humilated and defamed the Aviation committee head Hovhannes Eritsyan.

The Court considered sufficient for the accusation Nikol Pashinyan's order to his journalists "to find and inform as soon as possible how the morons appear in the Government system".

The Prosecutory was complied with the circumstance that Mr. Eritsyan accepts the fact that using the word "moron" Pashinyan ment him exactly.
