SITUATION IN THE HEALTH CARE FIELD
Support A1+!The well-known 14 th polyclinic is not the only one in a bad condition. Many other medical institutions in Yerevan and all provinces of our country as well have problems like that,- says the Public Health Minister Ararat Mkrtchyan. In one of the institutions salaries haven't been paid for for 5-6 months, in the second for 15-16, the third one has no debts.
The situation is better more or less in those to have paid services unlike those that are financed by the State budjet and have debts. As the Minister says the reasons are that they are not financed by the State and the inner ruling system.
What is for the 14 th polyclinic checking process is carried out in the system, assures Mr. Mkrtchyan. The aim of checking is to find out why debts have been accumulated. The Minister asserts that no one will be looked for to be blamed and it won't be somewhat of policy to punish someone or for mere display.
Remembering the president's announcement on finding the guilty ones and firing them, staff changes may probably take place. The Government promises to pay the debt to the field this year or the next one at least.
