Scores of policemen guard the gates of Armenian president's residence. And not only private soldiers or sergeants. There are many captains, officers, majors as well who implicitly obey the orders by a lieutenant - colonel. The latter orders the officers to guard the gates or the letters' office entrance and the nearby gates. After the procession "Ayb-Fe" journalists asked one of the policeman - a major standing silent:

"Aren't you offended when you - the officers are ordered to guard just a wall without taking into account of your ranks and shoulder-straps?

The policeman shruged his shoulders and answered:
