Today Judge Uzunyan informed that deputy Manuk Gasparyan, one of the victims that were to appear to before the Court, even refused to accept subpoena.

Samvel Uzunyan regards this as a disrespect display to the Court. He reminded and warned that the Court might make a decision on compulsory bringing to court of the victims.
