Author rights should be protected also in digital sphere, AEPLAC experts say. In their words, it takes a lot of time to compose electronic database, while it isn't protect by the law. European Union decided to protect rights of Internet-specialists. Only those authors, who display creative approach in their work, are to be given lisence, the experts say.
