HUNANYAN PRETENDS
Support A1+!Accused on the October 27 terrorist action case was brought today to the courtroom in handcuffs. When his turn to ask questions to the victim came, he announced: “I have been deprived of my right to work for 3 hours. My hands were handcuffed all this time”. But the accompanying him officer objected that the defendant himself refused to free his hands. Then prosecutor and the Demirchyans' attorney Ashot Sargsyan came to conclusion, that “Hunanyan’s behaviour pursues certain goal directly connected with the visit of PACE monitoring group”.
Prosecutor Martirosyan is sure that the “handcuffs performance” was staged by Hunanyan especially for the monitoring group. But it is still not clear where the defendant learned about the group visit from while even the trial participants mostly weren’t aware about it.
