Support A1+!Constitutional Court has been surrounded by policemen since morning. CC apprehended that the people outside might somehow hamper discussion on the suit over declaring invalid the presidential elections in 2003 .
At 10:00 AM CC member Hrant Nazaryan reported there is no difference between the computer version of list for proxies in CC and the original of the same list in CEC. Consequently CEC representative in CC Tigran Mukuchyan was right when saying some of the names of proxies included in the list for Stepan Demirchyan, were false, and there are no people like those.
After finishing comparison CC went for deliberating at 10:40 AM. CC Chairman Gagik Harutyunyan said CC would make public the decision 6 hours later .
